We’ve reached a major milestone in the development of EpicVerse: The Universal Tabletop Roleplaying Game—the core rulebook manuscript is officially complete!
This isn’t just a small update—it’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for. The entire system is written, polished, and now moving into the final phase: AI-powered playtesting and performance tuning.
Why This Matters
EpicVerse is built to be the most flexible, cinematic, and genre-spanning RPG system available. Now that the manuscript is done, we're entering the rigorous testing phase—running AI simulations to push every rule, mechanic, and edge case to the limit.
The result so far? It works. It’s stable. And it’s fun as hell.
EpicVerse Core Features at a Glance
Here’s what makes EpicVerse different from every other system on your shelf:
d6 Dice Pool System
Simple. Scalable. The better you are, the more dice you roll. Core resolution mechanics are fast, flexible, and easy to teach.
Character Development System (No Levels!)
Say goodbye to outdated level systems. EpicVerse uses Character Development Points (CDPs) for organic, story-driven growth.
Fear, Morale & Trauma Mechanics
Emotional and mental states matter. Watch your characters rise, break, and rebuild—real stakes beyond hit points.
Creature & Taming System
Fight it? Tame it? Use it in battle? The EpicVerse bestiary supports monsters, animals, and companions across any genre.
Social Combat & Relationship Engine
Persuasion and presence matter as much as blades and bullets. Build real connections—or rivalries—with NPCs using a scalable relationship system.
Powers & Magic System
Whether you're slinging spells, firing lasers, or channeling psionic energy, the Energy Point system unifies every ability type into one flexible framework.
What’s Next?
With the manuscript complete and the system thriving in AI-driven simulations, we’re:
Finalizing layout and polish
Preparing sample adventures and characters
Planning a full marketing push and release strategy
Continuing to preview mechanics through The Verse Report
You’ll be seeing more of EpicVerse very soon—and yes, it’s still on track to launch this year.
